You can use any Yoga, Pilates, or Stretch routine from other Beachbody programs like P90X, 21Day Fix, PIYO, etc. You can see that the hybrid program has reserved Sunday for recovery-type workouts. However, I would caution against adding a BB leg workout as a second workout or replacing with your Sunday recovery workout, as this could lead to overtraining. If you still wish to work a Body Beast leg workout into the mix, feel free to substitute it for one of the Max: 30 workouts once a week.
